I’m a big fan of bringing my lunch to work because I know exactly what I’m eating, it’s cost-effective, and I get to pretend I’m the next Jamie Oliver and that my cooking skills are amazing (they’re not).
If you're wondering what to make for lunch tomorrow, here are ten delicious & healthy lunch recipes for work that you can make quickly and pack in your bag!But whenever I look for lunch recipes to get inspiration, I find articles with a massive list of recipes that look like someone found any old thing on Pinterest and pasted it onto the page. Plus, they’re always so complicated, and I don’t have the time to caramelize an onion or sear a swordfish.

I’ve decided to share some recipes that are tried and tested by yours truly so you don’t have to spend any more time thinking about what to make for lunch tomorrow. They’re all healthy, easy to make, and taste delish. Believe me, I’m no master of the kitchen, so if I can make these taste good, you can too.

Crunch Cashew Thai Quinoa Salad w/ Ginger Peanut Dressing
