The Goals

Are You Ready To Be Bold In 2016? A Linkup For Goal Sharing!

How often are you taking care of yourself? Kayla Hollatz & I talk about prioritizing me time, the art of side-hustling, and our favorite forms of self-care.

Since the new year is right around the corner (which is absolute madness!), I’ve been thinking about what I want 2016 to look like and what might happen during my ideal year. I’m not the kind of person who likes to set New Year’s resolutions or plan out every little detail of the year,  but I am big on goal setting and getting shit done.

Are you ready to Be Bold in 2016? Join a Blogging Community to Make Your 2016 Brighter!

I know many of you are also goal-oriented babes, and I love sharing my goals and accomplishments with you every month (which I’m going to continue in 2016!) – so today’s announcement is something I think you’ll be pumped about.

Join the Be Bold Blogging Community to Make Your 2016 Brighter!

With the help of some other fierce ladies, I’m hosting a linkup for you to share your goals for the year and connect with other bloggers to offer encouragement and keep each other accountable! Through this, we can grow our blogging communities and find cheerleaders to help us achieve our goals and make 2016 bright and bold! Blogging is better with friends, after all.

What are the Topics for Each Week?

Even if you are someone who sets smaller goals and intentions each month like I do, it helps to think about the bigger picture and what you’d like to accomplish over the course of the year. That way, you get a better idea of how you can break down your larger goals into smaller ones. So with that in mind, here are the prompts for the linkup!

January 8: What’s your word or intention for the year?
January 15: What are your blogging goals for the year?
January 22: What are your health goals for the year?
January 29: What are your personal goals for the year?

Why Be Bold?

Be Bold 2016 LinkupI think boldness is something we should all add into our lives in 2016. I’ve never considered myself a bold person per se, but I do strive to be unapologetically myself. Believing that you can do whatever you set out to do is the first step, and I’d love for us all to think about how we can be more bold in our daily lives!

What the Heck is a Linkup?

For those of you who may not have done a linkup before, you essentially follow the post schedule above and share your goals on your blog. Then you head over to my post and there will be a widget for you to share a link to your post. All posts that are submitted will show up at the bottom, so you’ll be able to see everyone else’s goals and comment with lots of lurve and support!

Who are the Bold and Beautiful Hosts?

I’m super excited to team with with four amazing bloggers to bring Be Bold in 2016 to life! Go check out their blogs and see what amazing things these ladies are doing in the blogging world.

  1. This is so awesome! I’m not sure how much time I’ll have in January since hubby goes back to work and I have to be a proper SAHM, but if I can carve out moments I’d love to join in and read what everyone else is up to. I already have a word for 2016, so I might just go ahead and write that post now. Thanks for doing the link-up :)

  2. This sounds amazing! I’m kind of overwhelmed with everything going on this month but I want to make time for this, I think it’s a really great way to connect with other bloggers and have a little support!

  3. This is a wonderful idea, Catherine, I can’t wait to read about everyone’s goals. I definitely want to join in, but I’d been struggling to get my ideas down on paper. These prompts are a big help!
