  1. Chamomile + Lavender teas are my favourite! Have you tried the Yogi Lavender + Honey tea? It’s delicious! I’ve also heard of making a chamomile latte with tea bags, warmed milk, and fresh lavender buds. Never tried it but I want to!

    1. That sounds amazing! The only thing I would suggest is to steep the tea bags in 1/2c of hot water for the appropriate time (probably 2-3 or 3-5 minutes depending on the strength you want) before adding the hot milk! Tea doesn’t steep as well in milk as water ;)

  2. I love Pukka tea, thanks for reminding me! I also really love Traditional Medicinals “Cup of Calm.” Out of all the cups of tea that I drink in a day, only one needs to have kick and the rest need to help me chhhhiiiiiillllllll ouuuuut. Cup of Calm really does that.

  3. I saw this post in my email and knew I had to read it as a fellow tea-lover… you have good tastes! I say that because I already own 3 of the ones you suggested! I totally agree, tea is such a great way to find comforting warmth at any time of day.
