Together, we can encourage ourselves to slow down, reflect, and take care of our minds, bodies, and souls. Whether you’re into mindfulness, self-care, personal growth, or intentional living, you’ll find them at your fingertips.
I believe that when you recognize that you already have everything you need, you begin to fall in love with your life. Some people search for happiness for years, but my philosophy is that feeling content with your everyday life is a much better strategy. Contentment is the ultimate goal.
Through blog posts, emails, and free resources, I help stressed out and overwhelmed people like you find balance and meaning in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re new to this idea of living with intention or you’ve been working on it for years, I’m here to encourage you to act with purpose and let your intuition guide you to make tough decisions. I like to think of the space as a virtual yoga studio where you can go to relax, unwind, and reset with a group of awesome humans (aka The Blissful Mind community).
The Blissful Mind is also about learning who you are and fully accepting yourself and others. We’re all struggling to find our purpose, and I hope you learn something about yourself by reading my blog – whether it’s something you like, dislike, want to learn more about, or wish other people knew. Everything is a learning process, and we’re on a journey towards a life that is filled with meaningful and blissful times.

Hi, I’m Catherine! An intentional living blogger and soon-to-be holistic health coach dedicated to helping you find contentment in the every day. I’m here to help you navigate those moments when you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or anxious so that you can focus on what truly matters to you.
Writing has been my passion since I was young, and my dream was to be the editor for a fashion magazine when I grew up (yes, I wanted to be Miranda Preesley). Instead of doing that, I started The Blissful Mind as a creative outlet and place to share my ideas.
I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Health & Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and I plan to offer coaching services sometime soon! Leslie Knope is my spirit animal, and I have no sense of direction. You’ll most likely find me reading self-development books, eating breakfast foods for dinner, and laughing at anything and everything. People have always described me as calm and laid back, and I think it’s because I’m pretty in-tune with my mind, body, and soul. Life is all about balancing those elements!
