Hi, I'm Catherine!

I help women develop intentional and mindful lifestyles so they can find more focus, balance, and fulfillment in their daily lives. As someone who felt overwhelmed by my own mind for years, let me tell you, it’s totally possible to live a calm and balanced life.

In 2017, I received my master's degree in Health & Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health. As your coach, my goal is to help you find the clarity, ease, and focus you need to start taking action towards the life you want to live. You know, the one where you’re a successful, accepting, calm, rational, focused, person who always achieves her goals.

Unlimited Email Coaching

Between our sessions, I’ll be available via email to answer any questions, offer support, and serve as your accountability partner.
