30-Minute Yoga Videos That’ll Get You Sweaty

Do you ever feel like you’re not getting much of workout from yoga? I mean, I enjoy feeling relaxed and getting into that ommmm state of mind, but if I’m going to spend thirty minutes in my gym clothes, I wouldn’t mind burning some calories at the same time. You feel me? (WHY would I ask that? Sorry.)

Do you ever feel like you're not getting much of a workout from doing yoga? Here are some 30-minute yoga videos that'll burn calories and actually get you sweaty!

But if you are feeling me, I’ve found a few videos that are a) short b) sweaty and c) an all around good time. After you’ve completed one of these routines, you’ll feel as peaceful as Buddha and as sweaty as a hippo. Enjoy.

Energizing Flow by Lesley

Why it’s sweaty: This is a relatively easy flow to follow, but you’re constantly moving through chatarangas and lunges. Meanwhile, Lesley has the most calming voice in the history of forever.

Coffee Cup Yoga by Ali

Why it’s sweaty: This flow features jumping planks, lots of chair poses, and you’ll soon figure out if you are actually good at balancing.

Power Flow by Candace

Why it’s sweaty: You’ll be doing one-legged side planks within 2 minutes of starting this video, so you can guess what the other 28 minutes might be like. Also, omg tippy toe squats.
