5 Morning Yoga Videos To Wake You Up

You guys have probably noticed that I’m a big fan of yoga. I don’t think there’s anything quite as relaxing (yet challenging) as attempting to morph your body into the shape of a tree.

Wake yourself up and get pumped for the day with these 5 energizing yoga videos!

I love doing yoga first thing in the morning because it sets a great intention for the day, wakes you up, and gets your not-so-limber body parts a little more flexible.

I’ve compiled five of my favorite morning yoga videos to help get you out of bed and feeling like a sexy zen goddess. I tried to pick short and long videos depending on how long you have in the morning (or how much you snoozed…naughty!).

Morning Yoga Routine (15 min)

I love how Steffy calls me ‘her love’. This is a quick and easy video to get you stretched out, warmed up, and limber for the rest of the day. Also, I love the bookshelves in the background.

Energizing Morning Sequence (25 min)

Look at those pants. Just look at them. Those will wake you up as it is. Open up your hips, let out some sexy heavy breaths, and get those core muscles shaking. Who wouldn’t want to wake up with Adriene?

Intermediate Coffee Cup Yoga (30 min)

Another great pair of pants. That’s what yoga’s about, right? Ali teaches the most unique form of yoga I’ve encountered as she combines lots of pilates into her routines. This is probably the most challenging of these videos, but also my favorite.

Morning Flow (30 min)

Maybe a shirtless man will help get you out of bed? This routine will make you sweaty in the middle but completely relaxed at the end, and it’s the perfect length in my opinion.

Morning Yoga For All Levels (40 min)

You get to start this video with a freaky breathing exercise which is always fun, and there’s some alternate nostril breathing at the end, so basically you’re just doing a lot of breathing. But that will wake up your tired little noggin’! Lesley always shares an inspiring quote at the end to help get you motivated for the day ahead.

  2. CATHERINE! Oh my goodness. It’s Kendra Gillis (Bourne) from MUIH. This is so wild to me. I found this post on Pinterest so long ago and have had it saved coming back to it every once in awhile for a quick flow. Today I pop on to see if there is one quickly to do and I see a really familiar face, and it’s YOURS! Ahahaha I said to my husband OH MY GOODNESS this girl was in my last class!!!! Such a small world.
