I’m On The #createlounge Podcast! Self-Care For Creatives Episode

How often are you taking care of yourself? Kayla Hollatz & I talk about prioritizing me time, the art of side-hustling, and our favorite forms of self-care.

Hello, friends! I’m here today to share something quite exciting with you all that you’ve probably already guessed from the title of this post. I’m on a podcast! How often are you taking care of yourself? Kayla Hollatz & I talk about prioritizing me time, the art of side-hustling, and our favorite forms of self-care.

A few weeks ago, I was interviewed by my friend Kayla for her #createlounge podcast to talk about self-care and how to prioritize me time. If you’re not familiar with the #createlounge podcast, it’s a great resource to hear stories from creative people who focus on heart-centered, purpose-driven topics within their work.

In our chat, I discuss a few things like why I’m pursuing higher education to become a health and wellness coach, how creatives can learn to take better care of themselves, and what the self-care power hour method is and how it can help you too.

I’m so grateful that Kayla asked me to participate, and I can’t wait for you to hear the episode. You can also subscribe to #createlounge on iTunes to hear more episodes!

  1. I feel like I’m stalking you today haha. But I listened to the podcast today and loved it! You had so many awesome tips. And I have to say, when I was in high school having a “The Devil Wears Prada” career was my DREAM. No wonder we get along so well!

    1. Thanks so much for listening, Les! So glad you liked the episode. No way, I love that you shared the same dream too. I guess in a way we are all making our own little magazines online with our blogs, eh? Crazy how life turns out!

      1. Exactly! I’m a firm believer that all of our interests and experiences from when we were younger serve us down the road.

  2. You are the best for sharing this with your readers! I so loved our conversation and with the wonderful response, I may have to have you back as a guest to talk even more about it (; Thanks again for your tips and for sharing your story!
