The Blissful Mind 7-Day Mindfulness Challenge!
I’ve created a free challenge to help you make mindfulness a part of your life. This challenge is designed to help you break down old thought patterns, tap into the present moment, and find your inner calm. It’s all about getting down to the basics of mindfulness in a fun and practical way.
Think of it as a self-development tool that helps you deal with things more mindfully on a daily basis (like not freaking out when something goes wrong or letting go of things that don’t bring you joy). If you don’t know how to be mindful or keep forgetting about it, this challenge is perfect for you.
How does the challenge work?
Each morning for seven days, you’ll be emailed a prompt that focuses on a different aspect of mindfulness. These prompts will encourage you to think about how certain attitudes of mindfulness show up in your life (for example, patience, acceptance, and judgment), and you’ll reflect on these prompts using the free journal that comes with the challenge.
