This class combines two of my favorite things: mindfulness and flowers. Madineyah Isaacs is a life coach and florist who created this class as a way to be present while also creating something beautiful. During this class, you’ll go through a simple mindfulness experience to connect with your five senses. From there, you’ll learn how to make a stunning floral arrangement while being in a calm and peaceful state of mind.
In this class, Dr. Patricia Thompson teaches you how to be more mindful of your emotions. Plus, you’ll receive tips and techniques to boost your mood, improve your relationships, and feel more connected to yourself.

In this guided meditation challenge, you’ll get to experience three different approaches to meditation. Alisa includes creative visualizations in her meditations that take you on a journey to achieve deeper states of relaxation. If you have trouble sitting still and quieting your mind, these meditations will inspire you to get outside of your own head and use your imagination in new ways.
