Hello and welcome!
I’m a writer, tea lover, and the creator of The Blissful Mind.
I’m here to help you clear the mental clutter, reconnect with what you want, and create mindful habits so you can go after your goals in a sustainable way.
Years ago, I was working a 9-5 job that didn’t feel fulfilling. I decided to start a blog where I could share my interests and explore what actually was fulfilling to me.
This idea of fulfillment has since become a major theme in my life and work. I used to think fulfillment was simply about finding the *right* path in life. Now I realize that fulfillment comes from following your bliss.
By nurturing your strengths, pursuing the things that light you up, and prioritizing your own joy – even if those things don’t make sense to anyone else – you can create your own path toward a blissful mind (and life).
Since starting this blog in 2014, I’ve received my master’s degree in Health & Wellness Coaching, and I even took the leap into self-employment to live life on my own terms.
Powerful things happen when you start listening to the inner voice that’s telling you what you really want.
That’s why everything I share on The Blissful Mind is created to help you explore what bliss means to you.

Who I Am
If I’m not writing, I’m probably reading three books at once, getting my daily walk in, or drinking a London fog (if you’ve never had one, you’re missing out!).
I love learning about astrology, buying new notebooks, and taking scolding hot baths.
I received my Master of Arts in Health & Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2017 with an emphasis in Integrative Health.
