March 1–5 Logitech is hosting International Wellness Week, a weeklong celebration of wellness and ergonomics. Ergonomics = the study of people and their working environment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This week, @logitech is empowering our community to understand that when we work better, we feel better.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are some to help you stay well (physically and mentally) while working from home to enhance your productivity:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Check your posture
Posture is the most important aspect of good ergonomics, so do your best not to slouch while you work. Try setting an alarm on your phone/computer every 30 minutes or so as a reminder to check your posture.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Optimize your workspace
Working for long periods of time in an awkward position can lead to fatigue and discomfort. Try keeping your keyboard and mouse close to avoid arm, wrist or shoulder pain (especially important if you’re working from a laptop).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The @logitech ERGO M575 Trackball mouse is great for reducing unnecessary wrist and hand movement. The ultra-thin Logitech K380 Multi-Device keyboard also helps with making the most out of a small space or working surface (plus it works with computers, smartphones, and tablets 🙌🏻).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣Separate your spaces
Find yourself working from the same place where you rest (*ahem* the couch)? Ergonomically-speaking, modern couches are too deep for work which can lead to tension in the neck and the lower back. Try to separate your work and rest areas as much as possible to maintain healthy boundaries.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love that @logitech’s products promote increased comfort so you can be more productive in the long run. If your workspace needs a little TLC, check out Logitech.com to purchase the Logitech Ergo Series.

#RefineYourRoutine
In 2019, I thought it would be fun to juggle three In 2019, I thought it would be fun to juggle three jobs. They were all things I enjoyed, so I figured it would make my life super rewarding. As you can probably imagine, all it did was stress me out 🤷🏻‍♀️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sometimes when it feels like life isn’t fulfilling enough, our immediate reaction is to take on something new. If life feels boring or uneventful, we assume there’s something wrong with us so we overcorrect.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In reality, fulfillment can be found in doing fewer things. Instead of rushing to add new things to your life when you feel unfulfilled, perhaps it’s better to reduce or remove instead.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On the blog this week, I talk about how you can make life more fulfilling by doing less. Post is linked in my story! ✨
