So...I made a daily planner! ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For a good chunk of this year, I've been working on a physical planner that will help you be more mindful and intentional throughout your day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Daily Bliss Planner includes space to set intentions and goals, organize your to-do list efficiently, track your self-care, make progress on your habits, and reflect on the good things in your life (plus so much more).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It'll be available for purchase on Sunday through Amazon - stay tuned for all the deets!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
xoxo,
Catherine
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
P.S. If you're excited about this planner and/or have any questions about it, let me know!
ROUTINE • How do you feel about routines? I've a ROUTINE • How do you feel about routines? I've always been a little obsessed with them in the sense that I love hearing about what other people do — in the morning, before they go to bed, and how they run their daily lives.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But I've always felt like there's this pressure to have the 'perfect routine' or the same routine every day of the week.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These days, I’m becoming more open to the idea that you don’t need to do the same thing every single day to thrive. It really depends on what works for you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Maybe what’s more important is finding activities that ground you, and then intentionally making time for those things on a regular basis (even if it's only once a week).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Which do you prefer: a flexible or firm routine?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
P.S. This is a snippet from yesterday’s newsletter. If you want to get weekly Wednesday emails from me, the link is in my bio to sign up ✨
There is power in making space for what you need ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are some super simple ideas for letting go and making space:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Physically
- dust the corners of your apartment that are accumulating nasties
- get rid of your dying plants (make room for new ones!🌿)
- donate the clothes that you're never going to wear
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Emotionally
- watch a movie that you know will make you cry (in a good way)
- listen to music from your childhood
- wash the emotional support blanket on your bed
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Mentally:
- brain dump everything out of your head onto a piece of paper
- do something for an hour that doesn’t involve a screen of any kind
- close the 100+ tabs open on your computer right now
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What do you want to make space for? 🤍
