In this challenge, Laura will guide you through 5-minute meditations for 10 days. Whether you’re an experienced meditator or have never tried meditation before, these short meditations are the perfect way to create a little more peace in your day. I like how short and simple these videos are because they make meditation feel more attainable for those of are often *too busy* to meditate.

During this class, you’ll go through a simple mindfulness experience to connect with your five senses. From there, you’ll learn how to make a stunning floral arrangement while being in a calm and peaceful state of mind.
Build Your Emotional Intelligence With Mindfulness

In this class, Dr. Patricia Thompson teaches you how to be more mindful of your emotions. You’ll learn the basics of emotional intelligence and mindfulness, as well as how you can manage your emotions in a mindful way. Plus, you’ll receive tips and techniques to boost your mood, improve your relationships, and feel more connected to yourself.
Create a Nature Journal

This class will teach you how to create your own nature journal to cultivate mindfulness. Connecting with nature is a simple way to be more mindful because you become much more aware of your surroundings. Through this class, you’ll learn how to be present in nature, what to include in your nature journal, and how you can create a consistent nature journaling practice.
Creative Meditation: A 3-Day Meditation Challenge
