  1. Dear Catherine, why is it that I can not just write down my goals or to do list? I have really failed to do this since high school. I always feel like everything should just stay in my head and do it when the time comes

    1. Do you find that method works for you? If so, keep doing it! But if you think a list might help, you could try setting a 15-minute timer and braindump everything that’s in your head. It will help you see what needs to be done and what can be moved to another time (or crossed off completely).
