My Top Three Goals For February

February Goals

February Goals Is it really February already? REALLY? January was here for like a day. I accomplished a lot over the past month, especially since I blogged two times a week (woo!), but I also feel like I rushed through January and didn’t appreciate any of the little moments. Defo going to focus on staying present throughout February.

Before I get to this month’s goals, here’s how my January goals went: I did blog twice a week, I did visit two new places, and I almost practiced yoga twice a week – almost! There was only one week where I didn’t. Overall, I’m pretty happy with myself, and I’m going to continue working on all of those things. Time for this month’s goals:

My Top Three Goals for February

1. Go to bed by 9:30. This sounds like a goal for my grandma, but part of the reason is because I want to wake up at 6am every day, and I just can’t do that if I go to bed any later. I like to get shit done in the morning, yo.

2. Read 20 pages per day. I haven’t been reading enough lately, so I think reading 10 pages in the morning and 10 pages at night will help me get through my ever growing to-read list.

3. Journal every day. Since writing is like therapy to me, I want to write when I wake up and before I go to sleep. Even if it’s just a sentence. Most of the time I think I have nothing to write but then pages come pouring out when I start.

Bonus mini goal (but not really mini at all)...do a handstand without a wall! Also, why do all of my goals revolve around things I do when I wake up and before I go to sleep? Weirddd.

What are your top three goals for February? Let me know in the comments!

    1. I’ll have to do a post about going to bed early! Right now I’m forcing myself to get off my computer by 8ish because that’s what always keeps me up late haha

  1. What a great idea to set monthly goals. I feel like that could be more attainable (for someone like me who is so not goal oriented, haha!). Haha LOVE your mini-goal. I used to take gymnastics so I can understand how pleasing it is when you reach that point where you don’t need a wall anymore!! I would say my top 3 goals for February are to enjoy life every day, vlog more, and get the house clean!?! That last one is important!!! Haha!

    1. Haha yes getting the house clean is v. important! And oh man, I have been trying to do a handstand for so long but 4/5 times I fall back against the wall – but I am determined! Checking out your youtube right now because I’m a sucker for vlogs ;)

  2. I love that you have goals each month – every good entrepreneur knows that short-term goals (even daily activities) are critical and a month is a great chunk of time. And, yes – going to bed early is on my new year’s resolutions and then again on my February re-set. And yet I’m writing this comment at 10:30 pm… hmmm…

    1. Yes, short-term is the best for me! Or it might be that I’m working towards a larger goal but I break it into smaller chunks to do each month! Haha going to bed early is so difficult….I honestly haven’t been doing so well on that this month eek.
